Terms of Service

1. Who you're dealing with

These terms govern your use of swagimals.com and every purchase from Swagimals ("we", "us"), P.O. Box 570337, Atlanta, GA 30357, support@swagimals.com. By placing an order you agree to them. You must be 18 or older to buy.

2. Made to order

Everything we sell is printed for you after you order, by our print partners. Because of that, production starts a few hours after payment and items can't be returned for a change of mind or a sizing miss — see our Shipping & Returns policy for what we do when something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, and our Size Guide before you choose a size.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are calculated and shown before you pay; the total you see at checkout is the total you're charged.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
  • You can cancel for a full refund within 4 hours of ordering by emailing support@swagimals.com with your order number. After that, production has started and the order can't be cancelled.
  • We may cancel and refund an order if we can't verify the address, suspect fraud, or a product or design becomes unavailable.
  • We ship within the United States only.

4. Pet previews and portraits

  • The "see it on my pet" preview is an AI illustration to help you imagine the product. What ships is the product and design shown on the product page, not the preview image.
  • A portrait canvas is printed from the AI artwork you approve on screen. Small differences in color between screen and print are normal.
  • You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload, and you give us a licence to store and process it to make your preview, portrait and order, and to support you afterwards. We won't use your pet's photo in our marketing without asking you first.
  • Don't upload photos of people, or anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse or remove such content.

5. Designs and intellectual property

Our designs, product photography, site content and the Swagimals name are ours or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them. Our collections celebrate the colors and founding years associated with schools, organizations, cities and countries; they carry no names, logos, seals, letters or other marks, and Swagimals is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any school, fraternity, sorority, government or other organization.

6. Accounts and conduct

If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us if you suspect misuse. Don't interfere with the site, scrape it, or try to access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Warranties and liability

Apart from the remedies in our Shipping & Returns policy, products are provided as described and the site "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

8. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. If something goes wrong, email us first — most issues are sorted in a day or two. Any claim that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here with the latest date applies to orders placed after that date. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.
