Shipping & Returns

Everything is made to order, just for your pet. Shipping is calculated per item and shown at checkout before you pay — the total you see is the total you're charged. We ship within the United States.

• Production: 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed
• Standard shipping: 5–8 business days once it leaves the printer
• Typical door-to-door: about 7–12 business days

You'll get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. Items in one order can ship separately if they're printed at different facilities.

Changed your mind or typo in the address? Email support@swagimals.com with your order number within 4 hours of ordering and we'll fix or cancel it for a full refund. After that, production has started and the order can't be changed.

Because every item is printed to order, we can't take returns for a change of mind or a size that didn't fit — please check the Size Guide (and your pet's measurements) before choosing a size.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or not what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Email support@swagimals.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A couple of photos showing the problem (and the shipping label, if the package was damaged)

No need to send anything back. Refunds go to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
